TEROC has a partnership for Somalia and recently supplied a small energy system, which in Mogadishu supplies a frigde/freezer with renewable energy. When needed, more power consumers can be connected, for example lighting and charging of mobile phones. It is intended that the system will be demonstrated there and that many more similar systems will be delivered in the future, probably with local assembly.

The system is based on a cabinet module, which contains a LiFePo4 battery and is easily portable. Just like with our other TIP systems, this technology makes it very simple to use renewable energy from different sources in a safe and efficient manner.
