Innovative electricity supply of wave radar

In cooperation with VANNHANDEL, TEROC has earlier this year delivered an innovative electricity supply of a wave radar to Nordre Nordmøre Bru- og tunnelselskap (NNBT), for a planned civilian infrastructure project in Norway. The transport to this remote site was made by helicopter. Our solution means that the cost of electricity supply can be kept down while impact on nature is minimized.

Update 2024-02-20: The system has during February survived the storm Ingunn without problems, when wind gusts of 33 m/s were measured at nearby Kristiansund Airport. See more pictures from the installation at Sandblost AS.
